If you need to give Dataswitcher access to your Xero company, you can follow these steps:
1. Click settings under your organisation (left top)
2. Choose users under "General"
3. Click invite a user (please use 'support@dataswitcher.com')
4. Fill in the details as follows
Click "Send invite"
You can remove the access when the conversion issue is solved.
Notes: Xero access and post-conversion support
If there are issues pre and post-migration, and the 'Financial Adviser' role cannot be granted to support@dataswitcher.com, any escalations and post-conversion support will be affected.
